All prices listed on our web site are quoted inclusive of VAT at 15% but exclude delivery charges.

Although we try to keep the price and availability of items on our web site as up to date as possible, this information may change without prior notice from the publisher, and sometimes within a matter of hours. From time to time, an item may be listed as available on our web site that has either gone out of print; gone into reprint with no due date; or the publication of the book has been postponed indefinitely or even abandoned. If you order such an item, you will be notified as soon as we are made aware of the problem by the supplier and your order will be cancelled immediately. Should payment for your order have been made, you will be refunded immediately, in full. UBELA (Pty) Ltd has no obligation to provide you with any item that is no longer available or has increased significantly in price as we are not the manufacturers of any product on our web site. We will however always attempt to source a copy of the product from an alternative supplier, should one be available.

It is possible that an item shipped could get lost in transit. If an item is not received within fifteen (15) days after the shipment date, please notify our customer care team.

Claims for orders which may have been lost in the transit must be submitted no later than fifteen (15) days from the date your item was shipped.

All orders placed through our website are considered firm orders and may not be cancelled once processed, unless the item ordered has exceeded the estimated delivery time stipulated alongside the book, or under a specific circumstance where both the customer and UBELA (Pty) Ltd have consented to the cancellation.
